Some experiences can’t be expressed or can’t be unforgettable. Here are mine when I booked a Live Princess on my sweetheart’s birthday…
I booked her favorite character to surprise her on her special day. I was very nervous about her reaction. May she not get scared seeing her? Would she like it or not? I hope she is not scared of her. I kept my fingers crossed.
Suppressing this whirlwind inside me.
I just waited for my little angel to join the party. She joined along with her besties and was having a gala time.
Now, it was surprise time.
We stood facing the gate and I closed my daughter’s eyes. Finally, The Princess appeared. I opened my daughter’s eyes and here she was – watching her favorite princess Live in Flesh and Blood looking so realistic, cute & gorgeous. My daughter’s face lit up with a big smile. Her excitement could easily be seen through her beautiful eyes full of surprise, love and admiration for her role model. She jumped, clapping her hands and squealed with delight.
And that’s the AHA moment I was waiting for.
She danced with Live Princess and played Games with her. She fully enjoyed and engaged in the interaction with the Live princess, asking Questions, Laughing, and Sharing Stories with her. The Live Princess brought her some gifts and Anaya loved it and hugged her princess. and she show her gratitude and thankfulness for the Live Princess’s visit.
My Anaya was so happy, After the cake-cutting ceremony, Anaya pulled me away from the crowd and gave me a tight warm hug, and said “Thank you Mama – This is the best gift I could ever dream of, I love you more than infinity!”
And frankly, even I enjoyed spending time with her princess on her memorable birthday.
Kids are just kids, they just grow so fast, isn’t it? But these are the moments that we can capture to cherish them for a lifetime.
