Minimum 4 hrs before the event. However we always recommend advance booking to book your characters before its availability can't be guaranteed.

Our shows are complete 1 hour, a fully chored full immersive and engaging activities.

Once you book and we confirm your booking its 100% confirmed. You can pay us while booking online or pay on arrival before the show, so you're in safe hands.

However we request you must make your payments before the show starts.

We always recommend you to book us atleast one hour after your actual time to avoid such delays etc. 

We are heavily booked and usually have back to back orders. Since our performers have to leave for the next show on time, they can't wait for more than max 10-15 mins beyond your schedule time, so your show duration shotens accordingly.

So when booking make sure to book your 1 hr show slot,  atleast 1 hr after your actual event start time.

As pointed in the details section above, you package includes many activities, bands, chocolates, and any 1 Superhero of your choice. 

If you want to book more characters, choose quntity accordingly when buying tickets. We offer Rs. 500 off per character if you book more than 2 characters. 

Absolutely, you get email notification and WhatsApp or SMS alert confirming the same. Further our backend team also calls you 1 day before your event to re-confirm everything.

We accept all payment modes including Credit cards, Debit cards, Netbanking and Cash.

Our services are on-demand means, we either come your venue or your home. Now you can also book Interactive Virtual Party with us.

We can come your homes, flat or villas too. A minimum size that we ask for our performance is 10x10 sq. feet room. 

Nope. You just need to arrange a music system that can hook up an USB or Blutooth. Alternatively you can also arrange the same as extra Add-on from our team. 

Apart from that, all we need is a change room(clean and dry) for our performers to change for the surprise and show. Further the performance area must be cleaned and mopped. We guess that's not too much too ask right :)
