Generally all virtual interactions are for 30 mins and above, depending on type of service you are picking.

Just like any online service you need to make the payment before making a booking. For any cancellation with no fault from your side, we will process your 100% refund.

If you have booked a service with JinzZy virtual character, you may book 1 or more virtual character based on your needs

Absolutely, you get email notification and WhatsApp or SMS alert confirming the same. Further since all booking happen through the app you will also receive notifications/alerts for your booked sessions.

We accept all payment modes including Credit cards, Debit cards, Netbanking and Cash.

All virtual interactions happen right through the JinzZy app with our integrated audio and video calling feature. All you need to do is turn on the app 15 mins. before your schedule time and wait for our video call.
